Sonos sound system. Requires free Sonos app to be loaded on device.

Located in Railtown, just outside of downtown Vancouver on Dunlevy ave. Next door to  Vancouver Urban Winery / Postmark Brewing and a stone’s throw from Railtown Cafe and Ask for Luigi.

Parking

  • Lot parking: An after hours and weekend parking lot is available in the the WestPark lot located directly across the street from 6pm – 6am, Monday – Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. Parking is $1/hour here.

  • Street parking: There is metered street parking available, as well as free parking zones.

  • TOW ZONES! There are a couple of sneaky tow zones in the immediate neighbourhood, so your guests need to obey the signs or beware.

  • Designated car2go and Evo parking zones nearby

  • Easily accessible by bus, car or bike

Fridays

5:30PM – 1:00AM — $90/Hour w. 4 Hour Min

Saturday & Sunday

Half Days (Mornings from 8am- 4pm or Evenings from 5pm – 1am) — $90/Hour w. 4 Hour Min

Full Day — $1000/Day (12 Hours) Additional hours billed at $90/Hour + Cleaning Fees

Cleaning Fees

For events involving food or other waste, a standard cleaning fee of $90 will apply.

The space is rented out as is and any furniture in the space is subject to change.  You are welcome to bring in any furniture and decor you need for your event.

Yes. For an additional fee, the space can be completely cleared of all furniture items.

Absolutely!  We would love to hear about your decor vision and would love to help you put everything together.

We do not offer in-house catering.  You are welcome to bring in any caterer you would like.  We have many recommendations if you need them!

We have a fridge, toaster oven and microwave, as well as tons of counter space.  You are welcome to use anything you find in the kitchen space.

No, we do not.  You are welcome to serve liquor at your event, you’ll just need to obtain a Special Event Permit.  You can get this online here: https://specialevents.bcldb.com/

We have a Sonos speaker system to play music from and a flat screen TV.  Aside from that, any A/V equipment will need to be brought in.

We have tons of recommendations for anything you might need for your event! We are happy to refer you.

We ask that you leave the space how you found it!  There are garbage and recycling bin in the parking lot outside of the space.

Our space is constantly changing and accommodating new event rentals.  At this time we ask that any rental items be picked up and removed from the space at the end of your event rental.
